Someone once told me that editing a genre you’ve never done before and you have no interest in often brings a new/unique look at the genre.
So here’s a romance video.

This is a 45 second video that took a little over 14 hours to do. It was designed to be simple but to make it work I ended up doing a lot more technical things than expected.
I was watching the series because I wanted to use it in a different AMV I am working on. While watching, I loved the art direction and the use of environmental barriers to separate the characters. This video started out with much more of that but eventually honed in on mostly shadow play.
Regardless, I do like how it turned out, so that’s nice, at least.
