These were mostly finished but ultimately I did not like them. I did v1 first, re-worked the song edit, then did v2 (starts at 2:03), then entirely ditched using this song and reworked the whole idea to fit something else. That video was “Besotten.”
I’ve always wanted to do a Shadow Hearts GMV set to Madonna’s “Die Another Day,” but ultimately I couldn’t make it work how I envisioned. I think this style of editing simply doesn’t mesh well with video games.
Although I’m pretty happy with how Besotten turned out, I’m still upset I couldn’t make DAD work, so I decided to upload these to share with the like 10 people who love Shadow Hearts as much as I do lmao.
I started v1 in June 2018 and v2 in August 2018 but didn’t consider them abandoned until after Besotten was released in 2019. I released the unfinished versions on youtube on 26 December 2020.
